We are a pan-India organization and are looking for a competent business development executive with experience selling to HR Heads, CXOs, and other C-suite executives.

Job brief:

We’re looking for an energetic business development executive to identify high-volume companies and convert them into clients. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer to drive revenue growth and add new customers. Additionally, you must be familiar or at least capable of quickly learning modern sales enablement software used by the company. You will be reporting directly to the directors of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Demo and sell services to prospective customers
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through phone, or email as required.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Generate reports on new sales and target achievements
  • Get feedback and improve constantly

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience having sold to HR Heads, CXOs and C-suite
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRMs practices
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent. MBA preferred
