Why now?

Our company has recently built an automated BGV platform that is highly scalable and offers an excellent level of authenticity, transparency and we even lower turn-around-time. It has cross-industry applications and hence, we are looking for a competent Business Development expert to grow our business fast.


The objective of this role is to generate qualified leads through a combination of tactics not least leveraging your existing network, social media channels, especially LinkedIn, trade/startup journals & magazines etc. You must educate the clients, through a live demo of our platform, about the benefits of Millow’s BGV processes. You must offer ideas on company strategy and even product features to upper management as well as the product team. You will also be responsible for setting up a sales team, in due course, train them and set up systems & procedures for their efficient functioning.

  • Years of experience: 3 years & above, preferably from the BGV industry or having sold products services to C-suite executives and Heads of HRs
  • Qualifications: Graduate and/or MBA
