Operations Manager




Millow is looking for an experienced Background Verification Operations Manager who has a proven record in managing bgv operations end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and support functions to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of KPIs
  • Set priorities for leaders to meet daily deadlines; help develop plans to meet short and long-term objectives; conduct coaching and development for leaders
  • Motivate and inspire team members towards better engagement, overachieving on targets
  • Stay up to date with clients and business requirements; deliver clear and consistent instructions to the teams. Addresses employee queries, and issues, and responds to staff’s feedback.

Performance:
  • Responsible for delivery of SLA’s, KPI’s, quality and compliance metrics.
  • Set SMART (specific, measurable, ambitious, realistic & time-bound) goals
  • Monitor team performance with regular reports, on operational efficiency
  • Conduct analyses on operational innovations and present them to leaders
  • Represent Millow on client calls, be a good listener and overdeliver on solving problems
  • Create an ecosystem of complete operational transparency for upper management

Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain and publish reports on business and client requirements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews and present them
  • Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues

Education:

  • Graduate in any stream

  • Experience

  • 3+ years in the BGV industry is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team of leaders in operations
  • Must have the experience to manage end-to-end operational service delivery
  • Thorough knowledge on all aspects of bgv including Ops, MIS/tracker, client services etc.
  • Job: Full Time
