Role Overview: HR Business Partner will be partnering with the BU/Functional Leaders in crafting people strategy and Talent plans to deliver Business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the strategy and plan. The individual will also be responsible for providing employee experience and people processes impacting productivity and is the guardian of the culture. This is an Individual Contributor role.
