Role Overview: Should conduct all HR initiatives for example, Rewards and Recognition activities and coordinate with other stakeholders for operational and logistic tasks such as informing Payroll, HR operations Team etc. Should conduct regular town hall, surveys, career discussions, fun and engagement activities for the business and manage the end-to-end operational tasks. Engage and liaise with the vendors and the business to ensure the objective is met. This includes month/quarterly or yearly fun and engagement activities.
