Role Overview: The role holder will be the primary enablers for driving the effective execution and delivery of the various Human Resources multi-disciplinary projects/programs supporting different function/business(s) to achieve people outcomes. Enable delivery of people outcomes – Provide actionable insights for formulation and delivery of people outcomes based on diagnosis of people risks and research on internal and external Human Resources trends.
