Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic CHRO / People Lead to build and scale Praan’s People function. This leader will own all aspects of hiring, culture-building, organizational design, performance management, and people operations. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled a team at a fast-growing startup (especially post-Series A), and has built high-performance orgs across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing functions. This role is perfect for someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, deeply cares about people, and has discipline, clarity, and empathy as core values.
