Role Overview: As a Data Analyst within an agile team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Rewards Data Product, a functional data platform that integrates compensation, pay, and benefits data into a single system. You will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and insights generation that drive strategic decision-making and improve the overall effectiveness of the platform. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, usability, and value delivery
