Role Overview: Lead, coach, and direct the work of the Global People Operations team in the Asia-Pacific region, managing both lower level, administrative roles, as well as higher level subject matter expert roles. Help develop and implement a roadmap for People Operations improvements that involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify the biggest opportunities for simplification, automation, artificial intelligence, and efficiency, while ensuring a fantastic employee experience.
