Role Overview: The position holder will report directly to Regional HR Director of Asia with business relationships with the Vertical/Functional leaders . The incumbent will be responsible to plan, implement, evaluate, recommend and manage the full functions of human resources related works and projects, including recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations in the company within Corporate guidelines and principles, with the objective of creating a people-oriented working environment.
