Role Overview: Compliance & Auditory Support: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations, including data privacy regulations. Auditory support from the CHR team, as needed. HR Support: Provide administrative support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, such as leave requests, benefits enrollment, and HR policies.
