Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Senior Data Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support HR reporting, manage HR reporting service tickets, and help translate data into impactful visualizations and presentations. A foundational understanding of HR functions, proficiency in Excel, and comfort working on PowerPoint decks is essential. Familiarity with Power BI will be a strong plus.

Salary: ₹20-25 LPA
