Role Overview: Delivers HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of specific work location. Collaborates with location manager to ensure the location's talent and HR needs are met. Identifies and evaluates measures and metrics to assess impact of HR programs on business outcomes and develops solutions to resolve issues. HR Managers supporting large org size plants will often be found at this level.
