Role Overview: The role will be end to end HRBP for warehouse employees. The role is a people manager role with offroll HRBPs [WH Site HR] as reportees. Role will require high initiative and ownership to not only drive process and compliances, but also proactively identify ground issues and escalate to right teams for proactive actions.
