Role Overview: Capital One is seeking an HRBP to help amplify their people strategy and drive enhanced employee experience and culture for the organization. In this role you will be responsible for: Strategic HR Consulting : Collaborate with Business Leadership to develop and drive the HR agenda and people initiatives that support organizational goals, support business growth and elevate overall talent bar. Partner with stakeholders to build effective relationships and understand business imperatives. Design and develop appropriate messaging and events/ workshops that reinforce our culture and values.
