Role Overview: The Manager is responsible for recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum for Senior & Niche roles. The Recruiter acts as a consultant and primary point of contact for the Hiring Managers & the Candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter position manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire in partnership with Sourcing team.
