Role Overview: As our Senior Talent Partner at Decisions, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. You'll report to our Director of Talent and partner with our Head of Product Engineering to identify new recruiting strategies in our local Mumbai office, and will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and program leads to better understand and solve their complex hiring challenges.
