Role Overview: Conducts regular one on one and/or focus group discussions to understand employee pulse, challenges and engagement levels. Develop coherent business processes relating to employees. Leads and manages the quarterly 9 – box reviews with team leads for designated business units to continuously evaluate employee Performance and Potential across teams incl. succession planning for critical roles and maintaining a talent mobility list as applicable.
